The Wisdom of Our Emotions

Walk towards what makes you feel good and walk away from what doesn’t.

In life, this a good guideline to follow.

It is really as simple as that.

I will write it again to really make it sink in.

Walk towards what makes you feel good and walk away from what doesn’t.

You can apply this guideline in every area of your life.

In our society emotions has not been valued. This is about to change.

Our emotions are wise. Deeply wise. Our emotions work as a compass showing us what to approach and what to remove ourselves from. With that said, balance between emotions and logic is key. Balance is always key.

Here is an energy exercise for you.

Make a list of people you know. Check for example the contact list on your phone. Or your friends list on Facebook. Or on other social media outlets.

One by one, go through every person. How does the person make you feel? Sit with the feelings with each and every one.

Walk towards the ones that make you feel good. Who makes you feel respected. Valued. Seen and heard. Walk towards the kind hearted, warm hearted, life embracing ones.

Leave any person that makes you feel less than. Who makes you feel not good enough. Not respected. Who make you feel confused. Who weighs you down.
A person who makes you feel less than are projecting their own insecurities onto you. Don’t deal with that. Don’t endure.
Leave the person. With kindness and without drama. Just excuse yourself and remove yourself from them. For good.

It is really as simple as that.

No one outside of yourself ever decides what you are worth. You do.

If you want, try this exercise in other areas of your life too.
